The Villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the Prestigious Lely Resort which is midway between the Cosmopolitan town of Naples and jewel in the 10,000 islands, Marco Island.

Our villa has  recently been tastefully redecorated and refurnished, including new beds and bedroom furniture  . 

The newly completed heated pool is not overlooked by neighbors and is therefore very private.

The great room has vaulted 15ft ceilings, off which is the master bedroom with King sized bed, 2 night stands and side lights, large screen TV with remote, en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity units, walk in closet,  and personal access to the pool area.

The second bathroom separates the two guest rooms. The first has a Queen  size bed , 2 night stands with lights, and a dressing table. The other has Twin beds, dressing table, with a night stand and light, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes and TV’s.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all  the essentials for  entertaining in style in the separate dining area.

The very private covered area by the pool is perfect for the late evening sun and alfresco  meal that you’ve rustled up on the gas BBQ.
